He was lucky he was so close to the ground, if he crashed at a much higher altitude he may not have walked away.

While erecting a seven story high structure, the helicopter's rotor struck a cable causing the aircraft to crash to the ground. The Pilot was helped from the crumpled wreckage with minor injuries. Two Panasonic P2HD camera's were recording at the same time.
