Guimbal Cabri G2 Rollover Near Clarksville, TN
A single-engine Guimbal Cabri G2 helicopter, N242JL, operated by Austin Peay State University, was substantially damaged in an accident near Clarksville, TN, on March 29, 2023. The flight instructor and student pilot aboard both had minor injuries. The accident was caused by the flight instructor's inadequate remedial action after an abrupt control input by the student pilot, which led to abnormal ground contact and a dynamic rollover.  ·
