A single-engine Grumman-Schweizer G-164B, N6699Q, operated by S & S Aviation LLC, crashed near Wright, LA, on May 25, 2023. The airplane sustained substantial damage. The pilot was not injured. The crash was caused by the pilot's decision to take off with the airplane overloaded, which led it to settle and then impact terrain.  ·  ·
