Fighter Jet Crashes in Shandong Province of China
A video captured by a surveillance camera and widely shared on Chinese websites has surfaced, and it is timestamped May 18. The video depicts a jet aircraft tragically crashing into the ground. Sources suggest that the footage originated from Weihai, located in the Shandong province of China. The aircraft in question appears to be a JH-7, a two-seater fighter-bomber utilized by the PLAN (People's Liberation Army Navy) and PLAAF (People's Liberation Army Air Force). It is worth noting that Chinese military officials have yet to make any official statements regarding the incident. However, there are images circulating that show personnel conducting an investigation at the crash site. Additionally, a used parachute can be seen hanging on the side of a house. These visuals seem to corroborate reports that no casualties occurred either on board the aircraft or on the ground. |
