FedEx Boeing 767-300F Suffers Bird Strike on Engine No.2
FedEx Boeing 767-300F flight FX3609 from Newark to Indianapolis suffered a bird strike on engine No. 2 on takeoff. The crew was forced to return safely to Newark Liberty International Airport.

Probably shredded. But when we had a bird strike on Lears, the FAA always took feathers to turn over to ornithologists to get information on breed of bird, etc. |
