Some additional findings on this one!
The crew experienced variable wind direction on approach, resulting in a late touch down, and well down the runway. They attempted a go-around, hit TOGA, but with the A/C on the ground and the auto throttle engaged, the engines stayed at idle thrust. Neither pilot identified this for approx 12 sec. and during the go-around attempt, the aircraft had left the runway, attempting to climb out. At this point it was too late to recover, the aircraft lost speed, and settled back on to the runway, with the resulting accident.

I looked up cause of death for the firefighter, after fire engines ran out of water, both were in route to hydrant when aircraft center fuel tank exploded killing him. All passengers had been evacuated from plane & over 100 Yards away.
