Cockpit Video From Plane That Crashed During Takeoff
A pilot in India was taking off with a small plane and ended up crashing at the end of the runway after losing control somehow. The cockpit video here captures the crash. There was no word on his condition.

Sounded like a power loss on takeoff at low altitude, and the pilot tried to land straight ahead (as he should) on whatever runway was still available. He made a dive for the runway, got it restarted and tried to climb out before losing power again and stalling. I don't work for the NTSB, but I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night. |
