Reported it was a Learjet 55, out of Phoenix, Az, but registered in Mexico. The large piece of debris first filmed is the emergency exit, still in the frame, along with some windows, it is located on the r/h side of the fuselage, right where the wing joins the fuselage. It is commonly used for cargo loading. This supposedly had a little kid in it, with their adult escort, 2 medical techs, and then the 2 crew. Looks like a stall/spin to me, but this is pretty preliminary. It should have a flight data recorder on it, so information will probably eventually be released.

The guy on fire in the photo must be someone on the ground. I am sure the aircraft occupants were obliterated in the impact. They certainly would not be walking around after the crash.
