Challenger 650 Crash in Maine
A Challenger 650 crashed during takeoff at Bangor in heavy snow and extreme cold. The jet lost control shortly after liftoff, rolled inverted, and burst into flames. All 6 onboard were killed. The aircraft had been de-iced, but investigators are focusing on possible wing icing and expired de-icing holdover time. NTSB and FAA are investigating.  ·  · |

This one is going to depend on exactly which variant of Type 4 fluid was used, as the hold-over time varies a LOT between them.
