This is really fucking sad  For some reason, plane crashes really REALLY get to me, more so than other deaths. Its just the abject horror of it. Just imagine how terrifying it would be, on a physical level, God damn gives me shivers just thinking about it, horrible. And from things ive read over the years, you are very much alive and very much aware of your fate, how horrific is that?? |

I can happily look at things here every night, but that photo has really gotten to me. That poor man. His poor family. I think that's why it's affected me. Because his family might recognise him, and that would be devastating for them. Xx |

I am glad they found the plane. Now at least the families of the dead can have some kind of closure. Hopefully they can retrieve all the dead and most of the plane so they can figure out why the plane went down.

We have quite a long way to go with detecting missing planes, to tell you the truth. Especially in areas where this plane and MH370 went down. The ocean is a HUGE place (no shit) and we may not be able to find lost airplanes with our current technology. Plus, most planes just have very basic detection equipment, the more complex stuff isn't actually required and cost a lot more money.
