A single-engine Bell 206B helicopter, N205PA, was substantially damaged near Filer, ID, on June 3, 2023. The pilot had minor injuries. The accident was caused by the pilot's improper anti-torque pedal inputs during takeoff, which led to a loss of helicopter control and a dynamic rollover.
