Beech V35A N8074R Crash Near Statesboro, GA
A single-engine Beech V35A, N8074R, crashed near Statesboro, GA, on June 1, 2023. The aircraft was substantially damaged. One person was aboard and sustained minor injuries. The crash was caused by maintenance personnel's improper installation of the pitch servo bridle cable clamp, which led to binding in the elevator control system and restricted aft yoke movement during the landing approach.
