A Beech 58P, registration N2061K, was destroyed in a crash near Lubbock, Texas, on March 17, 2023.

The pilot was the only person aboard and was fatally injured.

The crash was caused by the pilot's failure to ensure the fuel selector was in the proper position before takeoff, which led to a loss of left engine power from fuel starvation. The pilot's failure to maintain airplane control after the loss of left engine power contributed to the accident.
