Air Tractor AT-502B Overrun Near Bakersfield, CA
On June 5, 2023, a single-engine Air Tractor AT-502B, N6174W, operated by Wheeler Ridge Aviation Inc, was substantially damaged near Bakersfield, CA. The pilot received minor injuries. The accident happened during takeoff when the pilot improperly used the flaps, resulting in a runway overrun and a collision with trees.  ·
