It's 2 AM!!! What the fuck do I have to do to get these lazy humans up, to give me a glass of water!?!?! Well, a wet paw in the ear always works! I swear to God that I'm going to run away from here! Just as soon as they wake up in the morning and feed me! But then, after I take my morning nap, I'm GONE!!! I should post this on DR, so everyone can see how badly I'm treated!! Right up there with little kids being beaten! Stoopid Humans!!!  |

  I swear this isn't far from the truth. Kitties are a remarkably dignified and spirited bunch. If the cat knew how to speak human, they would probably call the local tabloid and give a heart wrenching interview about the sordid conditions they're forced to live in. |

That is hilarious. I fostered a cat that would grab and bite any exposed flesh at night, except my face. I had to mummy the sheet around me to sleep. Later, I discovered that he hated the smell of a certain hand creme, and that allowed me to stick my arms and feet out like a normal human.

The cat TOTALLY ignores them during the day. It's when they are sleeping, that the cat wants a drink of water at 2 am, from a running faucet, in the bathtub, with the proper mix of warm and cold water flowing. |
