The only real progress made in Africa and the Middle East in the last 2,000 years has been due to Western Powers.

Even that was over the last 200 years or so.

So a white man or woman who's family has been there for generation after generation should not be there and deserve to die? For the colour of their skin?

People deserve to die as payback for past crimes comited by people who happen to have the same colour skin as them. Do non whites who live in Europe deserve to die? Should all north Africans be killed as punishment slavery in the 16thC? Not in my opinion. In my opinion the only people who deserve what they get are the likes of you.
