I don't really see how one can draw a comparison like that. An AC-130 is a highly visible and effective weapon....this just about has the same effect as a 9mm shotgun or something like that

perhaps but if you realize that is not a weapon made for engaging multiple targets at once with. not to mention that logistically its a nightmare...you would waste ammunition so fast that you would be fucking yourself over in an gun fight.

And just a tidbit....at least in the Marine Corps the mission comes BEFORE the welfare of the troops...where as you have stated that the lives of the fighting men are the most important factor
