smallest village int he world? thats BS, i remember i went to Belarusia to see my great-grandma, that village had 4-5 ppl... maybe its the smallest village in thai, but surely not in the world
these type of small villages are common, known as hamlets

I'm guessing it's a bullshit story made up to go with the pictures...
