What an idiot!!! Letting the nylon ropes under the hot sun and then low night temperatures for three weeks they had to wear out and get brittle, there should be a Guinness record for stupidity and enter these assholes, it would also be a deterrent to stop useless deaths in the race for breaking higher and more dangerous records. I remember reading somewhere that his daughter asked and pleaded for him to stop doing his stunts, but he paid no attention to her, in the end got what he deserved, unfortunately his daughter will have to live with the loss of a father that didn't give a damn about her and was more interested in achieving idiotic stunt records that mattered more than life to him  .
