Tammy the Tree-Climbing Anteater
June 11, 2013: 12-year-old Tammy the tree-climbing anteater loves ambling around the public walkways of her exhibit after hours. But, with naturally poor eyesight, tree-climbing anteaters have a tendency to be on the clumsy side. To safeguard the fluffy blond & black resident, zookeepers will be giving Tammy a helping pair of hands.
