Re: Super Full Moon - March19, 2011
Illusion, that's a great shot! I have the same problem here: today is the first cloudy day since one month to say the least, here Luckily, my bro managed to take some close-up shots before it got too cloudy. In the town where lives my brother-in-law the sky was clean, hopefully tomorrow he'll send me some good pics |

Re: Super Full Moon - March19, 2011
I share some great shots from the article Your Pictures of the Super Full Moon by Nancy Atkinson - March 19, 2011 The full Moon on March 19, 2011, as seen in Ankara, Turkey. This one is from Daniel Fischer , who took a series of images of the Perigee moonrise sequence from Rothenfels, Germany. Perigee Moon. Credit: Peter Riesett The full moon is seen as it rises near the Lincoln Memorial, Saturday, March 19, 2011, in Washington. The full moon tonight is called a "Super Perigee Moon" since it is at it's closest to Earth in 2011. The last full moon so big and close to Earth occurred in March of 1993. Re: Super Full Moon - March19, 2011
I got quite dissapointed. The moon can be seen so much bigger everywhere but here in Sweden it's always so small. I didn't notice any big difference. And oh, I hope everyone who thought the world would go under because of the supermoon feels very stupid right now that nothing happened |
