If you want them gone they have to be euthanized. You could capture one and take it 30 miles away and it would still find its way back again. They have incredible homing skills.

The raccoons here are the same, I trapped 3 of them and drove them 200 miles away and released them in a state park where they would be protected and all three returned a month later to the same spot I caught them.

I felled an old dead tree and they call it home now, just bought locking lids for the trash cans.
