A roughly 8-foot DeLorean-shaped cake was made by Charm City Cakes for the 25th anniversary of "Back to the Future" and the film's Blu-ray release in late 2010. It was presented to Michael J. Fox and other cast members and later appeared in the series finale of "Ace of Cakes."

Other designs include a black tiered wedding cake styled after H.R. Giger's biomechanical artwork, with two chestburster figures on top. Pop culture subjects include Animal from the Muppets, Batman, a Stormtrooper helmet, an Ewok, Mario characters, Jabba the Hutt and a Halo Spartan. Additional cakes imitate roast beef, a taco, a bushel of crabs and a Chinese takeout box. Object and themed designs include a Rubik's Cube, a pool table, an aquarium, a space shuttle, a bulldog and a Pizza Hut building.
