Re: Schizophrenic Audio and Visual Hallucination Simulation
i knew someone with schizo once... he lived a lonely life by himself, and he would make music with technological sounds and draw sketches of the hallucinations he would see. his name was kevin. the guy made me sad because i felt horrible for him. He been through several medications and nothing worked for him so as a way to cope with it he would drink half his weight in booze. i used to help him clean his house and just be there as a person for him to talk to and try to reach out to and he told me lots of things about him. he told me the only reason he hadnt killed himself was because his mother was still alive and admitted to me that when she dies he is hanging himself. the poor guy had a woman and a kid at one point in his life and was even working at one point and then something just snapped in him one day and his girl left him and wont admit to him that the kid is his because she is obviously afraid of him... sometimes he scared the shit out of me too because when he lost his temper he was getting ready to fuck things up... he then ran me off one day and told me not to come back to his place because he didn't think it was a good idea i continued to hang out with him... he told me straight up he was starting to like me more than friend wise and that he was afraid he was going to end up hurting me... and everytime my boyfriend left for fifteen minutes to run an errend for him he would always ask me when my boyfriend would be back almost like he was afraid he was going to do something to me if I spent too much time alone with him, so he would lock himself in his room until my bf would come back.... i still wonder about that man and if he is okay or hasnt flipped the deep end and killed somebody yet... |

But I think if you're certifiable with insanity it should be illegal to refuse treatment. what illegal to not want to ingest man made chemicals compounded together to create a mentally destructive grenade |

Re: Schizophrenic Audio and Visual Hallucination Simulation
Do Schizophrenics see hallucinations of images they have already seen previously or are they completely manifested by the mind?

Re: Schizophrenic Audio and Visual Hallucination Simulation
I am borderline Disorganized Schizophrenic. Thankfully I don't deal with this, but I go through periods where my brain feels like it just stops processing and working. I do see things sometimes, the worst only being human figures doing things they shouldnt be, and sometimes I hear my name being called. I've been on medication for the past 12 years (since I was 11). It would get worse when I went off of it. Unfortunately, on my record is when I saw a "lion-tiger-boy" hybrid that started talking to me. That shit still haunts me some times, especially since that was the only time it happened like that.

Well the schizophreania you experienced are most likely very traumatic. There are some that can be happy dlusions or euphoric illusions. Its the kind of schizo that makes you seem unnaturally happy

Re: Schizophrenic Audio and Visual Hallucination Simulation
when I see things it looks like everyone has Downs Syndrome or burn injuries, and they look really angry also. And I see 'imaginary' people... well usually people I used to know from my past but really they aren't there, often they tell me outrageous lies to try and cause me harm. And I can't read coz the words keep changing.
