Innocent civilian Anthony Hughes was killed in this slaughter by the S.A.S. They actually fired 40 rounds into the car he and his brother were driving home from work simply because they got in the way - their family received compensation from the British government because of this cowardly act. Three of the IRA men killed actually surrendered and lay on the ground but the "brave" S.A.S men blew their brains out anyway. Altogether 600 rounds were fired in the whole incident by the S.A.S - 600 ROUNDS against only 8 IRA men and 2 innocent civilians. Yes the S.A.S were indeed brave men. |
