I dont think it will bring me any issue to be honest. Its a vet filming the aftermath of a unfortunate situation (no abuse is seen on the video and it in no way encourages abuse)

Ay, poor thing :( I have a yappy little dog but I would never even consider pulling something like this, she's my best friend. Some people don't deserve to have pets :(
