That dog was lucky! Coyotes are 'clean' killers, biologists can always tell the difference between a dog or coyote sheep predation kill. Because coyote kills have little blood, one bite and broken neck. Must have been a young inexperienced coyote....and one awesome Rottie. (Despite being mauled....300 stitches later by one...I still adore the breed. Some owners not so much). Mexican fast food always so unreliable. |

That's a real big chihuahua. Thankfully, the rotts I've encountered on the streets not been agressive, just more standoffish.
