Re: Robots Are Mathematically Terrified Of Children

I have little regard for naughty snot nose 'bullies' at the best of times (because of the lack of proper, basic parenting skills and discipline, this is the world we live in these days) so I feel that an electric shock 'element' should be built into these robots.

If you purposefully touch it in a threatening manner, I think a sharp 'jolt' should be given to the perp.

Any harder, then the higher the voltage would be given. Nothing that would cause 'significant' damage, but a good 'jolt' would be.... nice.

Re: Robots Are Mathematically Terrified Of Children

I can indeed. And if they start chasing around and collecting kids in malls to explode with. That reminds me of the girlbots in the new Ghost In The Shell episode that they call mobile mines, because they're nimble like little ballerinas that run up and get you in a Bear Hug before self destructing.
LOL!

LOVE IT!

I think a 'parental chip' should be installed in these little androids that show parents just 'how' basic discipline should be handed out to little children who misbehave.

A tiny little 'noise' to deter the aggressive behaviour, at first, then a small 'electric buzz' for more 'aggressive taps'...... to 'tremendous zaps' that would be powerful enough to make the child wary of doing anything mean like that again.

Before I could realize that your comment actually says "Noise" and not "Nose", I was immediately reminded of this song. Specifically, the lyrics "By the snotty little muzzle of a latchkey neighbour".
Despite my error, the song somehow remains relevant.
To me at least.

Re: Robots Are Mathematically Terrified Of Children

You may also find amusing my most despised compilation video to date. One of my first, so it's rough. Rough too, in other ways.
If you do like it, don't leave a comment, as bumping it up to anywhere near Chris's "No Child Posts" reminder won't help to preserve its place in the records--the contrast between them may be unbearable to some.
