Poor baby girl...my.first post on here and i must say. This.touched me. Why.wouldn't they let her know how to get out when she asked? For.some.reason i get an air.of maturity from Candace. She wasnt stupid.and wasnt going to be manipulated. I agree her.mother wasn't fit. A few more years of unconditional love and security was all baby girl needed..she had a. Tough past, didnt deserve to pass like this. Rest in peace.

Great post. Everyone involved in this needs prison time, in my opinion, as well as having their license revoked. I might not have said this if the, 'Go ahead and die' wasn't thrown in there. This is just...heartbreaking.

Horse riding lessons, swimming, ballet and gymnastics classes, plus catholic (long) church school every Sunday, then daily school as the new teased and taunted girl, after being "chosen"by what sounds to me like a hysteric mama wanna be nursie with control issues...just what a PTSD stricken kid needs. Sounds like the child was drug to shrinks aplenty too (how the hell did they fit it all in?) It exhausting just to write it all! Add a quartet of Evergreen, Colorado nutbags and the perfect goddam storm of heartbreaking tragedy and unbelievable stupidity was "born".  |

WTF! This is an incredible story...I could hardly believe it the more I read. Sounds like something out of a horror book. Interesting read  Hope those supposed "professionals" rot in hell. |

In addition to their prison sentences, those responsible, particularly the ones shouting verbal abuse at her while she suffocated, need to have this done to them at least once, to the same degree as they did to that poor child. I'm talking wrapped in a blanket with a combined weight of 800 pounds preventing their lungs from expanding. Give them a taste of their own medicine and they will finally understand WHY they are serving time.
