As the article reads, it's not a sound, or at least it does not fall into the audible spectrum: in order to make it audible, they had to shift it downward by a factor of 260. Even Earth is characterised by natural radio emissions, aka AKR, (auroral kilometric radiation), but they don't fall into the audible spectrum, but it's way more complicated to explain than it looks to be here you can find an article about it.
