Some collected psychological science that can be understood by everybody. Check it, it's really fascinating and will probably reflect you much!

1. Psychological Projection

Psychological projection is the unconscious act of denial of a person's own attributes, thoughts, and/or emotions, which are ascribed to the outside world, like the weather, the government, a tool or another person or people. Projection is the most profound and subtle of our psychological processes, and extremely difficult to work with, because by its nature, it is hidden. It is the fundamental mechanism by which we keep our selves uninformed about ourselves.

Humor has great value in any attempt to work with projection, because humor presents a forgiving posture and thereby removes the threatening nature of any enquiry into the truth. The theory was developed by Sigmund Freud and further refined by his daughter Anna Freud; for this reason, it is sometimes referred to as "Freudian Projection".

An example of this behavior might be blaming another for one's own failure. There is that saying in the Bible, like:

Quote:
You only see the stick in your brother's eye,
but you cant see the stick in your own.
The mind may avoid the discomfort of consciously admitting personal faults by keeping those feelings unconscious, and redirect libidinal satisfaction by attaching, or "projecting" those same faults onto another. Projection reduces anxiety by allowing the expression of the unwanted unconscious impulses or desires without letting the conscious mind recognize them.

While projecting, people can reflect their innermost fears and show how they really are - without even knowing that! If you are smart, you can exploit that. Just think about Neo nazis and their xenophobe way of thinking. Actually, they just hate themselves and project their own problems (having no job, no perspective, alcohol addiction etc.) on marginal groups!

Understanding the Freudian Projection will give you a totally new point of view. You will realize how weak your enemies are! Think of all that internet trolls that wanna flame you

2. Narcissistic Personality Disorder

Narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) is a personality disorder defined by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, the diagnostic classification system used in the United States, as "a pervasive pattern of grandiosity, need for admiration, and a lack of empathy".

The narcissist is described as turning inward for gratification rather than depending on others and as being excessively preoccupied with issues of personal adequacy, power, and prestige. Narcissistic personality disorder is closely linked to self-centeredness. It is also colloquially referred to as "the God complex". God complex

It's always so funny to see how narcissistic people react when they don't gain the worship that they are awaiting ... Just tell him he's a loser, and he wants to kill you (or fly home and be depressed)

If you are running a company and want to employ new manpower: Always have an eye if he/she is narcissist! If he is, he will try to be the new boss! You always have to give compliments, he isnt able to work on his own!

The narcissist:
  1. Has a grandiose sense of self-importance
  2. Is preoccupied with fantasies of unlimited success, power, brilliance, beauty or ideal love (megalomania)
  3. Believes they are "special" and can only be understood by, or should associate with, people (or institutions) who are also "special" or of high status
  4. Requires excessive admiration
  5. Has a sense of entitlement
  6. Is interpersonally exploitative
  7. Lacks empathy
  8. Is often envious of others or believes others are envious of him or her
  9. Shows arrogant, haughty behaviors or attitudes
