Wow...another good reason not to wear my seal costume wet suit while swimming in the ocean. In all seriousness, I recently found out that we have a pod of killer whales that live (fequent) several miles out from Santa Monica (a beach city near Los Angeles and Malibu). We even had them swimming down the coast and close enough to see a few weeks ago. I had no idea that they lived so far south. Nature is interesting.
