Web Sluethers are all this picture and the possible link between Jacob and Tara. If anyone really wants indepth info on disappearances/jane doe's ect that's the site to visit. I get caught up in it for hours.

Whoever the kid is, he is not Jacob, he disappeared later than the photo was found.. My bad... didn't look at the dates correctly  but it was the only case I found during web search and they don't differ almost at all...

Correcting myself... it was the only case I found with the missing persons picture looking similar to the one on the found photo...
