I remember when I first saw it.. after the missile hit, I thought "IS THAT IT?!?! WOW!" wasn't long before I thought "HOLY SHIT! Guy fawkes would be proud!"

All that fireworks is the tanks own amunition cooking off 40 antitank rounds and 6000 7.62 rounds. The missile is called Bill-2.

I just talked to a guy that has fought in Iraq and Afghanistan and he said it is banned but not if you use it against equipment. So using that rationale if they say they are targeting tanks then it's all good. If you use it against troops it is inhumane!
