that lady is called... i forget her first name but i think it's nathalie taylor. but she and her husband (the taylors) are very clued up on sharks and were primary advisors for JAWS. I saw a whole documentary about them which includes that clip and some bits where they were working on JAWS. i should try track that documentary down some time :)
