I came across this in my search for other things. I hadn't see the pictures of Swayze in his final stages of life before and was a bit shocked!

When I first watched it, I was horrified!

They keep airing, "Darty Dancing," about every other week here and to see what he was brought down to was shocking!

I don't recall our news airing any pictures of him after his diagnosis either.

I remember seeing these when they were first published. Poor guy was being photographed when he should have been left alone. R.I.P to an excellent actor.

He said in an interview he lost 40 pounds in the blink of an eye and he first knew something was wrong New years eve when he drank champagne and it burned like acid in his stomach. I would never go through that sh*t. They ever told me I had pancreatic cancer, which BTW is the most fatal kind of cancer which nobody ever survives, I would have one big party then OD. What's also interesting which I never knew, was Swayze was a heavy smoker for years and incredibly he continued to smoke all the way till his death. Now *that* is addiction!

Addiction, yes but maybe he just didn't care. The damage was done, he was dying fast and he didn't have a real reason to quit.
