I hear them down the canyon yipping at night sometimes. Out in the forest is fine. Hanging out in urban areas is not.  |

When we used to camp out in Arizona, we'd gather around the campfire, and listen to the coyotes sing, while we savored the stars and the mesquite wood smoke, making our S'mores over the campfire! Usually it was their normal yipping and howling. But every once in a while, they'd break out in "Napolean 14th's "They're Coming to Take Me Away, Ha, Ha!"  |
