Respect for the Queen? They don't have especially high approval ratings either and have only been higher recently because of all the fuss over William's marriage. Charles is @ 21% and the Queen is 48% Stable? So stable that they're threatening to leave the EU. Most powerful currency? There's is strong, but there are stronger one like those of some of the oil producing OPEC nations like Kuwait. Ours is currently 13th. But Germany & France have larger economies than the UK and it's just 1/6th our size, plus our per captia GDP is almost $10,000 greater than theirs. Our unemployment rates are virtually the same (7.8 US - 7.7 UK) |

The average person over here has no more respect for this bunch of German Inbred parasites than they would for dog excrement that they picked up on their shoes. Instead of just having one bunch of cunts ripping us off, we have two, The Government and the Royals. We don't get a choice in paying for their life of luxury for the very good reason that if we did have a choice, Liz and her bastard bunch would be living in a council estate in Moss Side and dealing with the scum that they pretend don't exist because they DONT have to deal with them. Actually the government want to remain in the EU but are promising to give the public a chance to vote if we stay in. That's not a threat but giving us a choice. And i'll be voting to wave bye bye to the EU. Maybe so but we don't get a choice in many matters actually that happen here in the UK. I think there are far more important matters to rant and worry about at the moment than the royal family. Anyway i actually posted this thread in relevance to the actual topic (People, & Events in History) of this part of the forum, not to debate about the royal family and which country is best |
