Old/derelict Bridges in Gundagai, Australia

These two bridges span the Murrumbidgee river and its flat.

When the river floods these two parallel bridges formed a connection in part of the largest highway on Australias east coast.

So basically they helped the country and business function as it should.

One bridge is a railway bridge, the other for horse /cart and early automobiles.

Re: Old/derelict Bridges in Gundagai, Australia

These photos are AWESOME!!

I love old bridges!

The hillside in the back with the houses is very cool.

I wonder how many people actually do climb up on these, despite that warning?

Awesome post!!

Re: Old/derelict Bridges in Gundagai, Australia

You should post a picture of the trophy cabinet that's at the headquarters of the Australian Rugby Football Union, it's pretty deserted looking
