Re: "No Seconds": Serial Killers' Last Meals
I love this stuff, it's morbid but fascinating. I'd actually read up on Gacy a few years back in yet ANOTHER book on serial killers I have. Not to go OT, but are there any threads on here documenting the last words of famous people before execution? |

Re: "No Seconds": Serial Killers' Last Meals
Texas changed their rules after Lawrence Brewer (one of the white supremacists who chained James Byrd to the back of his pickup truck and dragged him to his death) was given two chicken-fried steaks with gravy and sliced onions; a triple-patty bacon cheeseburger; a cheese omelet with ground beef, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and jalapeños; a bowl of fried okra with ketchup; one pound of barbecue with half a loaf of white bread; three fajitas; a meat-lover’s pizza (topped with pepperoni, ham, beef, bacon, and sausage); one pint of Blue Bell Ice Cream; a slab of peanut-butter fudge with crushed peanuts; and three root beers...and didn't touch a single bite, saying he wasn't hungry. |

Re: "No Seconds": Serial Killers' Last Meals
this is a really interesting thread, my last meal would be spectacular... Sushi, margarita pizza, eggs and hashbrowns... Damn so much food... I would request to eat it all while watching Malcolm in the Middle.

http://www.clarkprosecutor.org/html/death/usexecute.htm This website has a full list of everyone executed in the US since the reinstatement of the death penalty in the 70's. About 3/4 of the condemned's listings show what their final meal was, and final words, if they had either. |

Re: "No Seconds": Serial Killers' Last Meals
I just heard about this dude the other day.. when he was apprehended, he was shot in the head and essentially lobotomized. He was put to death anyway, and for his last meal he chose pecan pie as a desert. When he finished the rest of it, he asked to put aside the pecan pie "for later."
