Re: New Species Discovered in Papua New Guinea.

New species as this little frog with big eyes, the Nyctimystes sp., Are in grave danger of disappearing, and only a good balance of the ecosystem will allow the frog to the source of pure water and uncontaminated required.
Papua New Guinea is one of the little natural paradise that remain still wild and untouched by the hand of man. It is a natural lung of the planet.

Re: New Species Discovered in Papua New Guinea.

Three new genera of spiders
Scientists have discovered more than 50 new species of spiders have had to create three new genres to catalog some of the species, which makes it even more surprising discovery.
These genres have followed different evolutionary lines to the rest of the globe.
One example is the jumping spider, Orthrus sp....

Re: New Species Discovered in Papua New Guinea.

This small frog is one of the three species found between the humid forests of Papua, its scientific name is Oreophryne sp., And its tiny size and ability to blend had kept hidden until the 2008 expedition discovered.
Amphibians are one of the most endangered species today, some studies claim that because of climate change may disappear all species of amphibians. Maintaining a balance in forests of Papua lso seems the only system to preserve this and other animal species.

Re: New Species Discovered in Papua New Guinea.

Another species of jumping spider
This Uroballus sp. a tiny jumping spider was discovered near a gold mine. The mines are extremely toxic and seriously affect the ecosystem.
The protection of biodiversity is a complicated issue when there are economic interests, however, only a balanced development can protect animals so strange and surprising as this arachnid.
