Cops should be charged with murder. They won't though. Face it, in the U.S. the police can just decide to kill you, and more often than not, they aren't punished for it. It is perfectly acceptable for police to murder homeless people. Why is it that these cops were unable to handcuff a skinny homeless guy? I'll tell you why, because that wasn't their intention. Beating the man was their intention.

I am in strong favor that if a cop starts beating you you have the right to defend yourself. Why would a class of people that have so many times broken the law and lied about it be put above anybody else? They also cannot use unnecessary force until the person they are talking to uses the same force back. IF and only IF I knew I was innocent, and the cop was using force unneeded would I run (and then turn around and nail him in the face just as he is almost to me). Fuck the police, they are cowards and bullies hiding behind the law. |
