Wow,interesting. Has the head of a boar with the body of a bulky dog/wolf. Crazy how it scared those dogs,especially since they are ex-police dogs! Dogs usually bark at anything-my dog actually starts barking when he senses something by the drive way,which isn't so close to my trailer.

That could be possible. The "beast" has a rather long furry tail and legs that only a canine could have. But also has a very huge head comared to the body.The head is also very robust ,has small ears ,a small snout and the eyes are a bit high compared its cheek and mouth..maybe some inbred dog or as you assumed a wolf/dog hybrid.

if i remembr right, the documentary i linked in the wolfdog hybrid thread said that the animal turned out to be a cross between several types of dogs including wild dogs or something i cant really remember though as it's been two years since i saw it, and the link wont play for me in the UK
