My Dog Ginger
I know there usually isnt anything that is compelling or fascinating about an ordinary house dog but this was my dog and she was fascinating to me. At ten am on September 17, 2016 I had to lay her to rest after doing everything in my power to try to get rid of her cancer. She started going into liver failure when I decided I could no longer be selfish and try to prolong her life. I had to do the humane and right thing to ease her suffering and I held her and didn't leave her side whenever we put her down. I stayed with her through her last breath and and I made sure I didn't leave her side when she was at the worse point in her life. I had her for fourteen years... She was my best friend when I had no one and she never left my side when things went bad in my life. I miss her so fucking much and I'm having such a hard time coping with this. Rest in peace, sweet baby. I will find you again and I will eventually have you back at my side.  · |

I didn't want to post my last pics of het when she was at the vet so I posted a pic with the most pleasant memory of when she was a puppy and looked so adorable when she was sleeping.

Not a day you forget in a hurry, got the vet out to put my boxer to sleep years ago.... Still remember every second of it, sorry for your loss bud, you done the right thing, last act of kindness we can do for them..  |

I think I just died and went to heaven looking at that sweet baby. I just had to put a little sweet face down like her back in Feb. My condolences.
