That's some impressive planning and architecture right there  Having said that, I think the leaders of Saudi Arabia don't realize that mere modernization of infrastructure or rather cosmetic attempts to renew their image à la Vision 2030 don't equal modernized attitudes and values. The country is still a nightmare to live in for many women as well as LGBT people, expat/migrant workers AND they still have the death penalty for people wanting to choose their own religion ("apostasy")  |
