Weird she didn't care about her baby in the stroller or she knew it wasn't the main focus of the attacking dog.

That is an "evil flying monkey protection net" similar to the ones used in "Wizard of Oz". Several munchkins, and the Cowardly Lion, were attacked during the making of the film.  |
