Yes that is very scary, but as an 11 year old I used to 'hike' the cliffs of Sturbridge dam with friends. No chains or planks to walk on, no witnesses or parents, just kids being kids, walking along a cliff with a 2 inch foothold over a churning deadly hydroelectric dam. Ahhhhh, good times.
