the interview was done in 2009. white died in '10...i think the doco came out in 2012 or '13.

Its actually a shame that, at least publicly, this research was halted - at least some of it. Transplanting heads? You could imagine the uproar in the pioneering fields of research that relate to this if that kind of transplant's study went for many decades proceeding this uninterrupted.
