The second link was fucking terrible.. Possibly one of the most disturbing things i have ever seen, especially since they just started sawing off the bones right there, and it didn't appear that he got any anesthesia. I KNOW it had to hurt, it just had to...

Doubt he felt more than some pressure. Looked like all the flesh around that area rotted away long ago and with it any nerve endings. The bone then simply dries up (the collagen and marrow breaks down), however the rest of it cannot as it is made out of calcium, sodium and other very dense and dry minerals.
