I have lost a child, friends, and parents and have never turned to drugs or alcohol.....they are weak and get what they deserve. Nothing is so tough that drugs or alcohol will make it better, grow up and deal

There are a lot of people/children In Russia who would die through the night from the cold if it werent for drugs like heroin and crocodile. I dont do heroine, nor do I condone it's use, but some people don't know another way. Drug addicts in America, on the other hand, can suck mah dick. |

This is a result of decades of socialism, poverty, ignorance, atheism and a value neutral society where the people are left with no sense of thier own self worth. After all if you are taught that you are just another animal and your sole purpose is to serve the collective society what's the point? They all exist in an emotionally depressed state.

I am very sorry to hear you have lost a child. But different people have different ways of dealing with things and I am sorry but I don't consider a person "weak" if they turn to substance abuse after such a terrible loss. Its not just a matter of "growing up and dealing with it" there is more too it and that.......

Out of curiosity, how did you cope with the death of your child? Are you saying you didn't turn to any form of drug (illegal, otc or prescription) to deal with it? Because your statement that "nothing is so tough that drugs or alcohol will make it better, grow up and deal" makes me question whether you've ever had a drink to take the edge off at - let's say - a party, or whether you ever have a coffee to start your work day (caffeine is a drug after all). Did you have to go on antidepressants after your child passed away? Did you ever smoke because your job was stressful? Truthfully, it's none of my business but I highly doubt you've never turned to a drug when things were tough. You've probably never touched the illegal variety, fine. Booze and cigarettes aren't much safer though. I admire you if you can deal with traumatic events in your life without touching booze, street drugs and prescription psychotropic meds. Unfortunately, not everyone can be as strong mentally as you about these things. Try helping the weaker ones instead of kicking them while they're down and telling them they deserve it. P.S. For the record, I do think it's pretty stupid of someone to continue injecting a drug that's causing their limbs to rot away. I've never seen drug addicts go this far. |
